Complete Disassembly & Cleaning: Every Lasher is fully disassembled and thoroughly cleaned to ensure a fresh start for accurate repairs.
Detailed Inspection & Replacement: All internal components are carefully inspected for wear or damage. Any parts that don’t meet strict OEM standards are replaced.
Automatic Replacement of Drive Components: All rubber and urethane drive components are always replaced, regardless of condition, to ensure maximum performance and longevity.
Precision Reassembly: Lashers are reassembled by experienced technicians, following the same precise procedures and quality standards used for brand-new GMP Lashers.
Performance Testing: Each unit is rigorously tested using the same methods and equipment as new GMP Lashers, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds factory expectations.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Drive Belt Maintenance: The main cable drive belt (part number 08780904) should be inspected and tensioned daily.
Track Cleaning: Clean the tracks before and after each use, or when necessary, and remove the top assembly for thorough cleaning.
Belt Tensioning: A rubber dampening bushing (part number 08780028) helps compensate for belt stretching. If a tighter belt is needed, rotate the bushing.
Y-Block Use: The Y-block is a helpful tool for installing new fiber into an existing duct.

Fiber Optic Cable Puller Repair Process

Inspection: We inspect the puller for damage and wear and test overall function.
Disassembly: The unit is fully disassembled for internal inspection.
Part Replacement: Worn or damaged components are replaced with OEM or equivalent parts.
Calibration: The pressure relief valve is adjusted, and the unit is recalibrated to meet factory specs.
Testing: We test for proper pull tension (up to 600 lbs.) and verify foot control function.
Final Check: The unit is cleaned, quality-checked, and shipped back ready for use.

Chain Hoist Repair

Both top and bottom hooks swivel 360° to allow for unwinding action of rope or stranded cable under tension for easy hookup and chain release to freewheel, but only under load conditions.
